DMCA Policy
Frontman Unscramble respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to our designated Copyright Agent.
This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice and counter-notification, and the actions we will take in response to such notices.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you believe that any content hosted on Frontman Unscramble infringes upon your copyrighted work, you must submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent that includes the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: Specify the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on Frontman Unscramble. Please provide URLs or other specific identifying information to allow us to locate the material.
- Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy and authority: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay or the rejection of your DMCA notice.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material: Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of the material that Frontman Unscramble has removed or to which access has been disabled.
- A statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Frontman Unscramble may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
